Can I return any item?

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
  • It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts; and
  • You log a return on the Website within 30 days (or 7 days for products marked “Sale”) of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product.

While we try to be accommodating with our Returns Policy , there are some items that cannot be returned. The following restrictions apply:

  1. Panties, underwear, and intimates.
    OHMYBRA does not accept returns or process exchanges for panties, underwear, and intimates.

Do you deliver overseas / Where do you deliver?
We ship nationally within South Africa, excluding PO Boxes. We also ship within the European Economic Area via our German subsidiary.
(South Africa) Our delivery & collection options and what they cost

Delivery options are determined based on two things:
1. Your delivery address and the area it falls in. Not all delivery options are feasible for all areas. While we are continuously working to improve our delivery network, Express delivery is for instance not always feasible in remote areas.

2. Availability. During peak periods we cannot always offer all customized delivery options (Same Day, Next Day, etc.) on all orders. Once we’ve reached our capacity for these options in a particular area, we may offer only Standard delivery until such a time as we can offer you a faster or customized delivery option.
The delivery options we give you on checkout are always the fastest available times we can offer for your delivery address.
We offer a number of different delivery options to choose from. These options are offered to you on checkout based on your delivery area code and availability. You may also choose to collect your order from a Takealot Pickup Point if there’s one near you.

Standard
Delivery takes between 1-4 working days, between 8:00am-5:00pm.
Cost: Free delivery for orders over R350 or R60 for orders under R350

Click & Collect
When you choose to collect your order from a Pargo Pickup Point.
Cost: Free collection for orders over R350 or R35 fee for carts orders under R350

*Please note – only if products are marked ‘in stock’ or with 1-3 working day delivery time, will expedited delivery options be applicable.
*OHMYBRA reserves the right to amend delivery costs at any time. All changes will be disclosed here.

Can I collect my order myself?
You may have the option to collect your order at a Pargo Pickup Point if you select Click and Collect during checkout. Our current branches when using Click + Collect are listed in our website when you select this option. Keep an eye open as we continue to roll out more Pickup Points close to you.

If you opt to collect your order at a Pargo Pickup point, you will be notified once the parcel has arrived at the pickup point you selected. You will receive another reminder 48 hours later.

Your order will remain at the Pargo Pickup Point for 7 days (including weekends) after it has been delivered there. Failure to collect during this period will result in your parcel being sent back to our Warehouse and a refund being processed for your order.

Important: Click and Collect cannot be used for spilt orders and might not be available for all orders.

Who Can Sign For My Parcel?
The service we offer is a door-to-door service. This means that the shipment is delivered to the address not the person – i.e. if the person is not available it can be left with anyone at that address e.g. security, staff, reception, etc.
